Payments for our services will be requested via invoices sent to you every month, along with any performance bonus, expenses to be reimbursed, or any other means of funds used to provide our services. The client will be responsible for making payments within 15 days of receiving the invoice.

We require a valid credit card or ACH information on file with our payment processor to auto-charge you for the payment due. You will be notified of any failed payment attempts and we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice date. A late fee of 2% will be assessed per month per each late invoice.

Any disputes regarding payments or invoices must be brought to our attention within 15 days of receipt of the invoice. Failure to do so will be considered an acknowledgment of the invoice's accuracy and the amount due.

We may terminate your access to our website and services at any time for any reason. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to any data or content associated with your account.

We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of our website or services or the information, content, materials, or products included on our website or services. You use our website and services at your own risk.
